BE Aerospace Robotic Trim & Drill Cell, This is the first project that I worked on, Designed by a Colleague but I did the offline programming. I went with it to Northern Ireland to help install it and teach them how to operate the cell including run their own offline programs.

Walcon Robotic Decking Assembly Cell, this is a robotic gantry style frame that moves along a linear track, a galvanised frame is placed between the tracks and clamped, the robotic gantry has a wood rack that is filled with decking boards. The robots of which there are three do a Pick & Place operation, Drilling operation and a screw insert opertaion. When the gantry moves down the track it picks & places a board onto the frame, drills through the board & frame and then inserts screws to hold the board to the frame.

Unipart Robotic Exhaust Rubber Insertion, This robotic cell was a simple cell that placed the isolation rubber that holds the exhaust to the car body, onto the exhaust hooks. The robot picks the rubber isolator from a populated parts rack at the front of the cell and forces them onto the hooks, saving hand injuries that where happening to production staff. The design and specification of the cell was done by myself but the exhaust tooling was done by another part of the company where I work.
